How does your process work?

The first step is to meet with you to assess your needs. We take an unbiased approach which is not influenced by any product vendor. We installed the first ceiling lifts in BC over 15 years ago, so we have a lot of experience with what works and what doesn’t. This assessment is followed by a recommendation as to the best products to suit your specific needs. When you make a commitment to us, we make a commitment to you. That’s why we guarantee that the product works the way its intended for a specific period of time.


How do I test or try out the equipment? Do you have a showroom?

In most cases, we’ll come to you! You can’t tell if the equipment suits your needs in a showroom, and nothing will ever replace on-site trial use in the correct setting and with your patients and caregivers. Our policy of “try before you buy” allows you to test out ceiling lifts, bathtub lifts and other products before you make a commitment.


Will you help with training our staff on the equipment?

Yes. Angel provides comprehensive training on all the equipment we sell. Training is the number one prevention to back injury for your staff. And training is a vital part of improving the quality of healthcare for patients. Just having the right equipment doesn’t ensure it will be used to its fullest. Bad habits, staff turnover and product enhancements are excellent reasons to re-fresh your staff with training every few years.
